We have developed a network of over 155 certified counselors who have been fully accepted and vetted by the VR&E officers and the DVA. Additionally we have established a network of several hundred more subcontractor small business counselors in the sub areas we were not awarded on the original NAS contract. These subcontractors along with our employee counselors are providing outstanding service to veterans. The Sygnetics subcontracting plan for the NAS award provided for 30% small business participation. We have to date subcontracted over 45% of our work to small business. To ensure a more efficient operation and provide the DVA enhanced service we developed a Case Management and Reporting System. That system provides for ease of implementation and monitoring of client/veteran contact.
