Sygnetics, Inc. provides HRsolutions program management support of the IDIQ contract in the following 13 functional areas: Processing, Information Handling, Tracking, Recruiting and Retention, General Administrative Support, Professional Program Support, Assessment, Point of Contact, Help Desk, Counseling, Administrative Program Support, Credentialing, and Training. Each of these areas are defined below in sequential order:
- Support service member's transitioning from the active service to include tracking and monitoring transferring members to ensure they report as required after separation from the active component. Establish and operate interstate transfer-processing sites.
- Dissemination of information to military personnel such as data on the location and phone numbers of local career counselors who can assist with military service obligations and options for basic benefits and local appointment procedures for Reserve Components. Provide coordination services to unit level commanders and family readiness groups with information, referral, outreach and assistance.
- Track, monitor, and maintain records of personnel within the Recruitment and Retention program.
- Assist in conducting military recruiting, retention, and outplacement functions.
- Provide incidental administrative support in furtherance of the military recruiting and retention mission, to include answering telephone calls, questions, referring callers to subject matter experts, maintaining call logs, facilitating problem resolution, preparing appointment letters, and drafting orders.
- Provide support to recruitment and retention program analysis, information technology related to the program, marketing, and training. Develop policies and procedures related to recruitment and retention operations. For example design, develop, integrate, and test, program related software applications and provide Webmaster services. Also review monthly unit strength reports, highlight concerns, propose solutions and track trends.
- Conduct assessments of Recruitment and Retention programs to determine the number of potential recruitment vacancies.
- Serve as a centralized point of contact to collect and assess the relevance of all information provided for reserve sources.
- Operate help desks to assist members in transferring and reporting to their new units.
- Providing counseling to members and dependents to help resolve personal issues.
- Provide administrative support to recruiting and retention program management, to include coordination, funds management, orders production, retention operations, and general administration. Provide analytical and business improvement management services.
- Design, develop, pilot and measure the effectiveness of a standardized and centralized credentialing processes for skilled-care providers.
- Provide development, maintenance, and training of courseware to support the activities in this SOW. Provide products that, when combined with training will enhance reserve retention and transition missions.
Sygnetics is/has provided ten task orders worth $28M which includes rest and recuperation support for deployed troops with $34M in savings to the Government. We are providing website development and training support for the military and future inductees as well as GED support for enlisted personnel. We are providing training support for the Learning and Development Division. We provided 98 recruiters across the nation in support of the 3rd, 6th and 8th battalions. We provided ARNG support for the states of Louisiana and New York during recalls and disaster support. We provided studies and analysis in support of the G-1 DMPM program.
